Dr. Rosa was not only professional but genuinely empathetic to the needs of our family, senior pup, and our younger dogs as well. She is an exceptional veterinarian in practice and in bedside manner.
I would give her a zero. She is combative and did not care for my dog unless I paid up front. I have been a client for 20 plus years and never asked to pay before treatment. Big mistake Dr. Ceballos
