My brother has been a patient of Dr. Shi’s for the past few years. My brother, Lawrence Bandelloni, passed away on December 27, 2021. My family and I have been waiting for a cremation since filling out the Death Certificate on 12/29 According to the CA Medical Examiner and CA state law it is the responsibility of the G.P. to sign this document.
