Furthermore, he truly cares for his patients and has a really amazing staff; helpful, caring and very friendly. Highly recommended!
I've been a patient of Dr. Monsef for over 4 years. My entire family has switched to his office. His staff is wonderful. Dr. Monsef spends as much time as i need, I never feel rushed. They really make you feel like part of the family
Something seems off. He provides unnecessary echocardiograms, doesn’t tell you there will be a copay or even why you’re getting it (was there for a physical), and then never bothered to call me back with results- clearly non emergent.
my father has been seeing dr monsef for over 10 years now. he recently started having chest pain. dr monsef asked him to see a cardiologist but he wasn't in network so we picked a cardiologist that was in network. after a bunch of tests we never got a call back from the cardiologist. few days later dr monsef called us and told my father to go to the emergency room immediately. the cardiologist never called to tell him about his blocked arteries. My father is alive because dr monsef was paying such close attention.
Went for an annual physical exam. It was not thorough at all despite my concerns for a few health problems that I have. Returned for a follow-up visit today. I was 15 minutes early and then waited 15 minutes past my appointment time to see the Doctor. He didn't thoroughly review or explain the bloodwork to me. Both appointments I felt rushed out of there. His receptionist and nurses are very nice and professional though. However I will not be back.
I saw dr monsef when i was in a complete panic. I found a lump in my neck. Dr monsef explained every possible diagnosis and how we would approach the situation. he really put my mind at ease and guided me through a very tough time. i'm so grateful i found this office.
