I saw Dr Gregush in Jan 2018 for chronic left hip pain. He took xrays, looked at an MRI & explained options to me. The best option was hip replacement. I had a right hip replacement in 2003. He explained the difference in the procedure used then & the anterior (front) procedure available now. We looked at the new prosthetic being used & discussed surgery & post-op treatment. I had surgery in April & 8 weeks later went back to work as an RN. His expert care made my life easier & pain free.
My experience with Dr. Gregush and his support staff could not have been more positive. The original diagnosis was back surgery but Dr. Gregush was correctly able to determine issue was really hip. He was able to clearly provide options to enable making best course of action. Surgery and post op support has been excellent. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Gregush to anyone needing to improve their health situation
Having worked with Dr. Gregush I know that he is very compassionate and cares deeply about his patients!
I only had one meeting with Dr Gregush. He reviewed my MRI. Unfortunately for both of us, his diagnosis was not to operate. He said repairing the area of my meniscus that is problematic would quickly lead to arthritis and then knee replacement. He offered some other PT, etc. I'm sure many surgeons would prescribe surgery. Thanks for your honesty!
I could not be happier, everything went better then I thought it would.
Dr. Gregush is an outstanding physician and talented surgeon in all aspects. He is acutely aware of patient questions, concerns and well-being in his pre, and post-operative meetings. I never felt he was rushed during my appointments with him; he ensured our discussion subjects were clear to me before the appointment ended. In some of my past surgeries I met with the doctor for a pre-operative appointment, immediately prior to the surgery and again while in surgery recovery at the hospital.
Dr. Gregush took the time to explain my daughters condition to us. Instead of immediately saying she needed surgery he opted to be conservative and try physical therapy first. I am happy to report that with just physical therapy she is doing much better. We are very appreciate to Dr. Gregush for giving us the options instead of pushing us towards surgery immediately.
Compassionate and caring surgeon who is superb at what he does.
Dr. Gregush is a great surgeon. He spent the time with me to explain my condition and treatments that were appropriate. He followed up with me when I had questions and treated me with the best care possible.
