I brought my mom to see Dr. Turck, and our experience was excellent. He is a knowledgeable, attentive physician who genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Many of the negative reviews seem to come from people who simply disagree with his recommendations and are using reviews as a way to make an impact — don’t pay them any attention. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. My experience with Dr. Turck was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, negligent. His conclusions were based on limited information, and the evaluation did not reflect the level of detail and clinical accuracy that should be expected—especially compared to a full neuropsychological evaluation that had already been completed previously. I highly don't recommend this office. I waited 5 months for an appointment. They called me 4 days before the appointment. Asking if I could reschedule out of nowhere. I said no I need to keep it for the day I already had scheduled which was today. I showed up at my appointment time and they told me they canceled it because they never heard from me. Then tried arguing with me that they called me a numerous amount of times and left me 4 voicemails. Which is on my business phone. There was never any calls other than 4 days prio... read more

It's been more than 5 years, but I had an awful experience with him. He took one look at my medical history and just assumed I had diabetic neuropathy and couldn't do anything for me but give me some drugs. A second doc did the same thing. If either had done, after one visit like happened at Mayo, where they did a nerve biopsy, they would have gone a different route. It turned out I had Hansen's disease, that because it wasn't treated much earier, I will be dealing with this horrible pain the rest of my life.
