I highly don't recommend this office. I waited 5 months for an appointment. They called me 4 days before the appointment. Asking if I could reschedule out of nowhere. I said no I need to keep it for the day I already had scheduled which was today. I showed up at my appointment time and they told me they canceled it because they never heard from me. Then tried arguing with me that they called me a numerous amount of times and left me 4 voicemails. Which is on my business phone. There was never any calls other than 4 days prio... read more
It's been more than 5 years, but I had an awful experience with him. He took one look at my medical history and just assumed I had diabetic neuropathy and couldn't do anything for me but give me some drugs. A second doc did the same thing. If either had done, after one visit like happened at Mayo, where they did a nerve biopsy, they would have gone a different route. It turned out I had Hansen's disease, that because it wasn't treated much earier, I will be dealing with this horrible pain the rest of my life.
Recently retired to Rockledge. Called and spoke to the receptionist. She came off like she was being put out regarding me being a new patient of Dr Turck. She wouldn't provide the information needed to until get my medical records sent to them until I pressed her for what I needed to do. The receptionist is the first face in an office. Having this rude personality fielding phone calls just cost him a patient and hope it costs him more until he addresses this problem
Not a very customer-friendly experience with the office staff—unfortunately, this occurred before we even made it in to see the provider. We were referred here specifically because they were in-network with our insurance, and we had been waiting several months for this appointment. Shockingly, the day before the appointment, the office called stating they needed insurance information before the close of business or they would cancel the appointment.
