Dr Turck and his office staff are beyond amazing. Appointments are easy to make and you can get in fairly quick, especially in the event of an emergency. Dr Turck has been my neurologist for almost a decade now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. His office and personnel make me feel at home when I’m there. Kristen and Devin, the office staff are very quick to respond, get the answers needed and also get back to you in a very timely manner. Dr. Ronald Turck is a doctor in name only. He is both cavalier and condescending toward patients and their families. He fails at follow through and clearly is indifferent to his patient's progress. After trying to work with him for several years, we will not be returning.
Stay away I'm not sure who's the doctor and who's the patient terrible does nothing to try to help and could care less about his patients only thing this guy cares about is getting paid so that he can say i don't know and hit a stroke leg with a hammer you can't feel that no okay see you in a year warning ⚠️my 70 year old paraplegic from a stroke seen this "Dr" and he needs to not be called a dr anymore when he can't do anything to help just sits there and tells the obvious well she can't walk. I wanted to believe the positive reviews, but my experience suggests that this practice may be coasting on past reputation. While this doctor may have been a dedicated clinician at one point, complacency seems to have taken over. If you are dealing with nuanced or complex neurological conditions, I strongly recommend seeking out a different neurologist or a specialized clinic. I brought my mom to see Dr. Turck, and our experience was excellent. He is a knowledgeable, attentive physician who genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Many of the negative reviews seem to come from people who simply disagree with his recommendations and are using reviews as a way to make an impact — don’t pay them any attention.
