Initial experience was wonderful! We arrived a little late due to a location mixup, but they accepted us graciously. The exam was thorough yet quick and Dr. McCarthy has a great sense of humor! He also took the time to answer our questions and concerns without trying to just hurry us along which I really appreciated. We have yet to purchase our glasses, but the opticians were kind enough to call around and have transferred the frames my son really wants to try on that were not at this location. Dr.McCarthy seemed annoyed with me on my first visit and even more so after having to come back again. Vision is important especially if it’s been an ongoing issue . I’m frustrated because we can’t figure out contacts that give me clear vision. Having to settle with what I have or just wear glasses is what I will have to live with. Not a good bed side manor. Felt like I was being a bother. Also when calling the optical you always get voice mail and need to leave a name and number. You never get a person right away.
