I went to my first and only appointment with this provider. I dealt predominately with his P A who was rude, didn’t review my chart and asked me all the same questions the nurse had asked me and put in my chart, and told me she would call me with test results “if she had time.” The dr did not spend any time talking with me about my issues, but did order a bunch of tests, one invasive, before getting back any results from urine tests he had taken. One urine test came back with issues that I was able to see in my NYU charity b... read more

After my last visit I, I’m quite concern of continuing and trusting my care with this docter. My first visit was ok but the rest keep getting worst and worry some. Beside his not really listening to my concerns and barely looking at me when speaking he and moving about scattered at one point he appeared to not be able to collects his thoughts and remember or find the words to what he wanted to say. It got scarier when he was trying to think of a medication’s name that he wanted to prescribe for y bladder problem. This situat... read more

PA assistant is non-communicative and hardly talks. Dr Krantz showed up in room for several seconds and left to attend to other patients-was with Dr'd PA who has terrible disposition. I had problems with prostate meds and the PA said they gave me every prescription and nothing seems to work-then she asked me to leave and I told her that I came to the office for help[,but they did not add another medicine. So my visit was a waste. A half hr after arriving home, I received a call from Dr. Krantz informing me to double up on my... read more

Do not go here! My husband was seen by the doctor after waiting 2 and half hours. The doctor completely disregarded what my husband came in to see him for and did exams that were unnecessary only to misdiagnose him and go on medication he did not need.

This office is extremely unprofessional. They don't even deserve 1 star. My husband was sent for tests for an issue that could be very serious. After 2 weeks and no word from the doctor, we called and the office said it could take a few days for the doctor to get back. They do not have anyone there besides the doctor to let you know results and they are rude. When I said "I'm assuming everything is ok ", they said "don't assume that". I proceeded to let them know if it wasn't I'm calling an attorney. The doctor THEN calls an... read more

My husband had to see an urologist and we found Dr. Krantz we had a night appointment the staff was so great Lizzie, Camella and Leslie welcomed us with their great personalities made us feel welcome. We wait a normal amount of time to see the dr a half hour not bad in my opinion. Dr. Krantz was just great warm, funny and made my husband feel calm he addressed my husbands issues and reassuring him thing are normal. We are so happy with the staff and Dr. Krantz.

I'm really surprised with these reviews. Maybe I was lucky, but I went for an extremely painful kidney stone & there was no one there but me. They took care of my papers & urine quickly. I went into the room & the Dr came in about 15 minutes later, examined me, went over all my info, we went over my CT results, he explained everything in detail, prescribed my meds and I will go for a follow up. He was kind & very knowledgeable. It's possible it's a long wait because he takes his time with you.

Competent doctor, but the wait time is consistently horrendous and the added bureaucracy introduced by NYU is a challenge.

If you have all day to waste then this is your place. The office is small and you're lucky if you get a seat. The wait is well over an hour and that's just for "triage" where they just take your urine. Then back to the eternal waiting room. Two plus hours later then they'll call you. I HIGHLY do not recommend this doctors office.
