They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were so kind and attentive to me. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They had been caring for my family for more than 5 years. Before they collected the co-pay right after the appointment, but recently they started to bill us. I will always slettle my account promptly upon my next follow-appointment. My wife just called to have another follow up appointment done. Just to be told that they will no longer be my primary care Dr's because I did not payed my last visits co-pay.
