I went to Dr Benitez for a second opinion, and he was very thorough and straight forward with me. I left the appointment with a much better understanding of what I have going on, what my treatment options are, and how to move forward. Needless to say, I will be following up with him if needed.
Dr. Benitez operated on an aneurysm about two years ago. He has since treated another, and is monitoring them. My visits with him are always very informative, precise and he interprets the medical jargon so it’s easy for me to understand. At the end of each visit he reviews the important things that I should know. He’s the best of the best!

When I had my initial event in the hospital, Dr. Benitez said I could expect the standard 6 month recovery for my diagnosis. I am very happy and pleased to report my 6-month follow-up scan revealed my artery had healed, and I was informed I could discontiune taking my blood thinner prescription - all just as Dr. Benitez expected from our first encounter. He took time to thoroughly answer my remaining questions, I felt I was always in the best of hands and I would highly recommend Dr. Benitez. Thank you!!!
