Dr. Mann has taken excellent care of my dad for more than 20 years. He as well as his entire staff are very friendly and personable. Dr. Mann has removed every skin cancer over the years without leaving a single scar on my dad’s face. He is outstanding!!
I saw Dr Mann for my first visit to him today! I've seen many dermatologists and he was one of the top ones. He is thorough and very competent. However after many visits I think he’s a good dermatologist but his personal statements are concerning regarding his politics.
Rude office staff. If your a new patient, the people on the phone don’t care about you.
Office staff is the absolute worst. Unkind, belligerent, and cruel. Mismanages schedules and then blames the patient for their ineptitude in keeping appointments. Dr. Mann's wife runs the show and she is not only vindictive, but orchestrates the staff to switch appointments to different less qualified practitioners, so you don't even get to see Dr. Mann --- all this while waiting several months to see him.
