READ YOUR CONSENT FORM. Dr. Lehnowsky sends all lab work to the Ohio State Pathology lab and apparently somewhere on the consent form it tells you he sends to the facility of his choice (I am waiting for the office to mail me the form so I can see what I missed). If your insurance company does not have a contract with the Ohio State Pathology lab, you are going to be charged more than four times the amount your insurance company will allow for out of pocket and neither the lab, nor Dr. Lehnowsky who didn't even have the courtesy to return my phone call to discuss this will care. DON'T USE THIS GUY.
