Dr. Smith performed laser ablation surgery to relieve the pain in my eye after another doctor treated me for a year and a half without results. She also removed a loose stitch in my eye the other doctor wouldn't remove. I am very grateful to her.

Does not discuss anything with you. Tells you what to do with no explanation. Sometimes 2 hour or more waits. Treated like cattle. Bullying and condescending

Staffs are "not" friendly, not efficient, PLUS very rude. Once I left the doctor's room, it's hard to communicate with this office. It's very risky and frustrated to communicate with this office. CVS/Family Doctor/BCBS did fax over papers, but this office never receive papers, plus they did NOT admit their mis-file or mis-communication, and patient has to take loss or paying extra fee. Highly suggest, all patients always need to keep calling this office, otherwise patients get "NO" response and need to take the loss.

Last time, we arrived at 1:45 for a 2:00 appointment. The doctor saw us at 3:15, no apologies. The doctor himself might be fine, but the office is awful! I just called for an appointment. I was on hold then transferred then on hold and then had trouble getting an appointment that worked for us. The receptionist was short with me and impatient; very uncaring about the very old man I was trying to make an appointment for. I'm not taking him back there! There are kinder, more competent offices... we'll find one.
