As a 100% Total & Permanent Disabled Veteran I was given a VA referral for treatment by Community Care to be treated for severe allergies that affected my Sleep Apnea. One day I showed up for treatment and was refused services because my referral had expired! Was also told that if I wanted treatment I had to pay on the spot $300.00 out of my pocket. Just saw Dr Alvarez today. Took time. Listened and took care of my problem. Great people working there too!
I had a first visit with Dr. Nelson today. She is a great doctor. She answered my questions, and was pleasant.
Horrible bed side manners. Does not listen to your concerns and performs procedures without informing you what she is about to do.
5-Starts for Dr. Alvarez! He was a life-saver for me. He was able to diagnose what another ENT did not see or understand. He went the extra mile, showed great compassion for my symptoms and although we checked everything - He was correct that I had Vestibular Neuritis. 5-stars for Dr. Alvarez!!!
On first meeting, he is warm and friendly, a good listener, very caring and explained everything in detail.
Dr. Gill is a very knowledgeable and friendly ENT physician. I was very nervous at first when I brought my 15 month old daughter in for her chronic ear infections because I never experienced anything like this before with my first daughter. Dr. Gill is a true professional! I like his bedside manner. He is honest and trustworthy. He took the time to explain everything to me prior to a biopsy procedure in my nose. While I was not looking forward to it, Dr Gill did a great job and Made me comfortable
Great experience! Dr. Matthew Gill is an excellent doctor. I saw him after my friend recommended him. I was surprised that the doctor spent a half-hour with me. He treated me in the office and really helped my symptoms. He did a maneuver that cured my vertigo. I felt much better a few days later and cannot thank dr. Gill and his office staff enough. His audiologist is also very nice. I have found my ENT. This doctor is thorough, compassionate and honest. i trust him and will recommend him to others.
