The staff was warm and welcoming. The imaging personnel was delightful. But Dr Hayter … he didn’t say hello, introduce himself he was rude condescending and quite frankly disrespectful. I felt like I was an imposition to him. I don’t like leaving a bad review but he could be the best there is and I wouldn’t want him to operate on me!!! Dr. Hayter performed a knee resurfacing on me and I am so happy with the results as well as the professionalism of the Doctor and his amazing staff. The entire recovery process is well thought out and the staff is amazing and there for you every step of the way. I was up and about in less than 2 weeks. If you have knee problems I would highly recommend looking into whether you are a candidate for resurfacing as opposed to replacement. Dr. Hayter was very kind and explained the surgery to me and I didn't feel rushed and left his office feeling very positive about my surgery. His staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.
I have had 4 surgeries with him. He is a caring excellent surgeon. He takes the time to talk with you.
You could have killed my mom. You didn’t bother to ask if she had the Covid 19 vaccine and gave her a cortisone shot the day after getting the vaccine. By the time she got back home she couldn’t walk and had to be taken by ambulance to the ER. She picked your practice because of the good reviews. Maybe you should work on your bed side manner and talk to your patients.
Amazing doctor on point with everything
Dr. Hayter re-surfaced my hip 12 years ago at age 80 and I have played conpetitive tennis three time per week since that time with no problems. I saw him recently and he has loosened up somewhat - he smiles once in a while now. Get over it, he is the best at his trade.
He is a wonderful knowlegeable Dr. and I have had no problems until now.
