Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Dr. Chambers is a sweetheart. Mindy, the nurse practitioner, is awesome too. I trust them both alot.
