I’ve been a patient of Dr Walters for probably 15+ years. His thoroughness and bedside manner is absolutely top notch. He treats you like you are his only patient instead of a number. His wife Peggy, though retired, was one of the sweetest people I know. Dr Walters is just one of those few people that comes along every once in a while that truly touches your life.
I don't think I've ever had such a terrible experience at a doctors office. Seen once, given a round of antibiotics that didn't take, with instructions to call back. When I call back, no one checks the nurse line, so I call back again several hours later, am told they need to check with the PA, and that they'll call me back. I wait another several hours, call back again, they say that the PA has left for the day and they can't help me. That I should go to urgent care. The location is great. Staff is positive and attentive. Dr Walters treats you like he is only there to see you and spends time with you till all your questions are answered. The wait is longer than I Hope for but I forget about it from the feeling I have when the visit is over. I have been to other doctors when you feel like you are in a McDonald’s drive through. He treats you great.
