I was told upon arrival that I had to give my social security number or I couldn't be seen. Said she needed it for her computer when I told her the dental insurance card was submitted when I made appointment and was not necessary then. She insisted so I gave it. I highly recommend Dr hubbard because he is very nice and I had my first appointment on Tuesday and I also had to get a couple of fillings put in, and he explained what he was going to do and he also accepted the fact that I am autistic and that's also why I think he is an awesome guy
