I was told upon arrival that I had to give my social security number or I couldn't be seen. Said she needed it for her computer when I told her the dental insurance card was submitted when I made appointment and was not necessary then. She insisted so I gave it. The dentist came in and asked me if I'm hard to get along with and then he said he's hard to get along with and then commenced to look at my teeth after asking me 'What is it you want me to do?'.
