Dr Katz is a very, very fine doctor - accurate, up to date, informative and kind. But the Greenbelt office has problems. It's just about impossible to get any lab results by phone. I've made many, many calls and never have gotten a live answer. So, I leave a message which results in a return message to me saying call for your results! It seems the only way to get an answer is to go to the office in person, even when it's not medically necessary.
