I cannot have better doctor for my eyelid surgery. Everything start to fall into place the moment I entered the reception area where I met Sophie at the front desk that welcome me so polite with a big smile and helped me to meet the second member of my team, Jolly the patient coordinator, she was awesome so professional, polite, patient, knowledgeable, she took me inside to one of the rooms and introduced me to all the procedures regarding the eyelid surgery. Went to Dr. Edelson & couldn’t recommend a better surgeon! He was very attentive and responsive. I had a couple freak out moments where I would send him messages and he would respond instantly and see me right away. He was very reassuring and checked in on me multiple times. I have now referred a couple people to him and they have also had a very positive experience. Very caring, and exceptional work :)
Dr. Edelson is hands-down the single best medical professional I've ever experienced! After a number of bad experiences at other clinics, I went into Dr. Edelson's office looking to have a non-cancerous lipoma (cyst/lump) removed from the back of my neck.
