This office is terrible!! I went in with my 7 year old with hand foot and mouth (after being told over the phone to come in mind you) the office staff did their very best to dissuade me from staying as a walk in(it's going to be at least an hour to be seen, you have to fill out this whole packet of papers.. etc) after I told them I would wait to be seen and they were all omg nooo we might have to stay for you to be seen they(office staff) then came up with the story " the doctor had an emergency and had to leave and won't be... read more
I can't even make an appointment. No one answers and when they do they pretend not to hear you and hang up. The clinic for reference is Spanish speaking. The staff answers in Spanish and their call waiting is in Spanish. I spoke with a guy and then when I said it was my first time, he hung up. I called several times after and they would answer and then hang up. When I finally spoke with someone she said I need to go in to provide the documents/insurance and that I can go anytime.
