Terrible, I wish I could give 1 star. I am free to tell my experience with this called "Dr". I do not want to be offensive. However, my dad had an accident at work which he is still injured from. On his visit to this called "Dr", the mediocre procedure was as follows: He looked at my dad's left foot, made him take a few steps, then he ordered an MRI. Exceptional orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Francisco performed ORIF corrective surgery. I had a severe dislocation of my ankle and it was fractured in 3 places. The on call physician took 18 hours to show up for an emergency and that surgery failed. Dr Francisco was a life saver. I am fortunate that the original doctor had no one covering for him when after 4 weeks in a hard cast I could not take the pain any longer. I was very pleased with Dr. Francisco he was very pleasant and caring. He presented professionalism, knowledge and was attentive. I look forward to my future visits with Dr. Francisco. Donna who assisted was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Everyone that I encountered on that day was professional.
I’ve see Dr. Francisco twice now before my upcoming surgery. Both times he was very pleasant, professional, confident, thorough, explained things well and answered all my questions before I even asked. His P.A., Tiffany, also was efficient and personable. Everyone in office I encountered was courteous and kind. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Francisco as my surgeon.
