Not only is the physician kind, caring and attentive, the staff is as well.
Excellent staff, And Dr. Romero Is warm, Very capable, And is able to make a not very fun procedure Less of a burden. Highly recommend.
I have been visiting Dr for more than a year because of the knee pain-osteoarthritis-and he has been very helpful on treating my pain and recommending different options to alleviate this health condition
I had first seen another orthopedist and was diagnosed with neuromas, neuropathy and arthritis. Most of which was due to aging and athleticism. The neuromas were very painful. When I finally went back to the practice I saw Dr. Francisco. He’s a quiet guy, but listens well and explains the issues very well. He is all for conservative measures first. I liked that very much. I just recommended Dr. Francisco to a co-worker. Not sure why so many negative comments. Do not go by that. I broke by foot years ago and Dr. Francisco tried everything to avoid surgery. He even put my cast on. I ended up having surgery and I was in such good hands. Great bed manners and I can't say enough great things about him. I trust him 110 percent.

The office changed appointment time, didn't let me know, wanted to reschedule. The blond-gray haired receptionist was uncaring, indifferent and had no interest. Didn't see the doctor, however if the staff has that attitude, I'm not going there...I wouldn't if I was you.
Awesome team. I love the conservative approach and patient centered care. Does not wait to get started, they got approval while I was at the appointment ,did not have to wait another month To get started, excepts the xrays and mri disc to help. Doesn’t triple book appointments and leave you waiting for hours . Short wait times . His team is the best I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend ask questions, don’t be shy they are helpful.
