feeling confident. He was so patient and kind to my son. He’s a little quirky but overall I felt good. Ever since then, I have not been able to get in touch with the office. I’ve left messages, messaged on MyChart. My son was supposed to be getting blood work and he also said he was going to put in a prescription. I honestly wish I looked at the reviews before I wasted my time because mostly everyone says the same thing. I can’t even believe he’s allowed to be a doctor, ESP for kids. this is negligence.
I highly recommend doctor Rolando Sousa he provided the information I needed he cared for my Duaghter he got to know her . Doctor Rolando gave us the comfort he cared to hear us out . Rolando was very caring and understanding and was so well with our daughter with us as parent. Angel send from heaven
The doctor did not want to listen to me or my daughter. He just went on with his speech for more than an hour. I kept asking him for the purpose we are here for. Unable to understand his ways. Then he just stands up and starts checking my daughter’s neck and does the exam. My daughter felt extremely uncomfortable!!!! Not going there again!!!
Dr Sousa is one of a kind. Hard to put into words. Has been our daughter’s doctor for over 10 years. Hes been a blessing for our family.
Absolutely the worst...stay far away
I don’t know where to even start. I cannot say enough positive things to describe the experience we had with Dr. Sousa. We were desperate for answers and he was able to see us promptly. Upon entering his office, we had a thorough examination. His extensive knowledge and impeccable bedside manner made us feel at ease. My son calls him, “the fun doctor”. Not even 1 star, a waste of my time and money. He never follows up, he never sends papers he promises to send for evaluation. He simply takes your first appointment and the rest he doesn’t care
I wish I would have read the reviews on the internet. He never answers the phone o responds emails. Very unprofessional, I got my app and it was virtually bcs I left a message and then a woman called me saying she can give me a link for a zoom meeting, link would be before 6 as we agreed, 7:00pm comes and I didn’t get any link. I called again, suddenly the link is sent by 7:00pm then we had the appointment, he said he will send forms to fill out and continue and now he disappeared, never answer my voice messages, phones, ema... read more
I feel disappointed. After finally finding an appointment with him virtually, he said he will be sending forms that we need to fill out in order to give a diagnose. It’s been a week of calling and sending emails and I’m getting any any absolutely any answer. Not a professional, I wasted my time and paid for an incomplete service.
