I was referred to Dr. Zamel through the hospital. Dr. Zamel listened and respected my wishes while making recommendations. I found her to be straight forward and no nonsense type of doctor. I felt comfortable while meeting with her. The receptionist was friendly and outgoing. Lastly Dr. Zamel really cared.

The most unprofessional doctor practice I personally think the secretary should be replaced. She makes a doctor look bad.They called us last minute to reschedule about an appointment and then because one appointment was missing I wish the date was not clear when they rescheduled it they decided to terminate us. Please don’t ever go to the doctor. The reception was rude.
