The most unprofessional doctor practice I personally think the secretary should be replaced. She makes a doctor look bad.They called us last minute to reschedule about an appointment and then because one appointment was missing I wish the date was not clear when they rescheduled it they decided to terminate us. Please don’t ever go to the doctor. The reception was rude. I am really unhappy with this doctor and her office. I would not recommend anyone coming to her.
I have been seeing Dr Zamel for 5 years for my thyroid. She has always been pleasant, listens to me and yes reads my results. People have to remember that doctors are over loaded with patients. If you get an appointment for a specialist, be thankful, as they are busy. Be Kind!
