Everyone I encountered was courteous & professional. I arrived at 9am for my 9:15 appointment. I was called before 9:15am. The process ran like a well oiled machine. Every area was clean & odor free, including the restrooms. All staff asked if I had questions and willingly answered my questions. The doctor explained my condition & even gave me websites to further research it.
I have been seeing Dr Lakhanpal for quite a few years following several retina tears. I have had a detached retina which he reattached and my vision is almost perfect. A great doctor with a great personality. I can only say the best about him.
