Friendly and professional staff. I was greeted and felt welcome upon entering the office. The wait was a little longer than expected, but not too bad this time. Not complaining because the delay is due to the care and attention Dr Lakhanpal gives to his patients.

Everyone I encountered was courteous & professional. I arrived at 9am for my 9:15 appointment. I was called before 9:15am. The process ran like a well oiled machine. Every area was clean & odor free, including the restrooms. All staff asked if I had questions and willingly answered my questions. The doctor explained my condition & even gave me websites to further research it.
