Dr. Patel is a nice guy, however I seriously question the quality of his work as well as decision making when hiring staff. After getting a cleaning and some fillings in June 2024, I went abroad for some travel. Two of the fillings came out while I was in South East Asia requiring me to cancel several important events in order to have them replaced while over seas. We have tried other providers and found none can hold a candle to Dr. Patel. When the office relocated far from our home we tried going "local". The visit with another dentist was adequate but not with the level of care, depth of knowledge and attention to detail we receive with Dr. Patel. A "regular" visit always includes a screening for oral cancer. We have never received this depth with any other dental office in the 7 states where we lived. He literally took out the wrong tooth in my mouth. Oops. His nurse and/or receptionist then tried to lie to me in front of another client about which number the actual tooth meant to be removed was that was still in my head. He called it a "miscommunication". An implant won't even be possible, and now that two teeth in a row had to be pulled, decimating any chewing capacity on the left side of my face, the bridge will cost thousands. He smiled through the apology.
