Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question.

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
