I spoke with Victoria and made an appt to see Dr Weeks. I made a request for a predetermination claim in order to know the costs associated with the initial visit. I received a voicemail from Victoria on 10/8/24 at Dr Weeks office stating that she cannot do a predetermination claim and can only provide the billing codes. I am disappointed with this office since I have the right to know the costs associated with the visit.
