Dr. Sifuentes is a good doctor but his office staff is a joke. I will not be going back there agsin
I never had a primary dr and im in my 40s. I got into a car accident & needed a PCP to help with an ongoing neck issue. After reading countless reviews, a coworker suggested Dr Sifuentes. I chose his office out of pure location convenience & because I was tired of searching for the right dr. I go once a year for a Prescription refill only. Recently the staff were very disorganized.
Dr. Sifuentes is very Professional, thorough and accessible.He always takes an adequate amount of time to discuss my health and is very proactive with his advice/recomdations and use of prescriptions as necessary. He encourages me to be healthy in a "folksy" manner. Even with his work hevay workload he has time to ask about my whole family.
My mom needed her insulin so she has been asking for help for months. Told she had to pay $700 for it. Clinic staff have been unresponsive, then when I called I am placed on hold. Called back and placed on hold again. Her A1C has worsened not improved and now she has CKD. very disappointed.
Been going to him for at least 6 years. Honest and professional. He saved my life.
Let me start by saying I've been to many other doctors ("doctor shopping") before becoming established with dr sifuentes, but i have finally found my man! He is very caring and actually listens to you. He will usually give several different options for treatment and doesn't "push" to prescribe meds, i love this! His staff is ok, averaged, compared to other staff. Let me say, never leave a good doc because of mediocre staff, because you will regret it. So far, i am extremely happy.

Omg! Where do i start... Dr Sifuentes has been our family Dr for a Long time. I’ve been deathly ill. I can honestly say... he saved my Life! I Love his bed side manner his advice, he is very thorough and Listens! My Husband is also a patient, he as well was not in very good health Years back...... with Dr Sifuentes care and expertise.... now my husband is in the BEST health! AMEN!! I highly, highly recommend Dr Sifuentes! Love Him dearly!
