Today my son and I both saw Dr. Juarez. I was thoroughly impressed as soon as I walked in. The team is quick and efficient during check in; I waited less than 10 minutes for each of our visits. The technology they use in the office is state of the art, and is a clean facility. They're well staffed and extremely helpful. Dr. Juarez is so personable and friendly. He is extremely trustworthy as they could've charged me for a more expensive lens package but he advised th staff it was not necessary.
I love this office. Doctor and staff are awesome, don't see my family or myself going anywhere else.
If you have ANY questions in regards to your eyes, if its glasses or anything deeper, Dr. Juarez and his team at The Vision Center of West Phoenix will take care of you. The staff is friendly and I felt at home the moment I walked in until the moment I left. I had some testing done I had never had done before and was a bit nervous; but the staff and team was so patient and reassuring and made me feel so comfortable. Hi ., I notice every time a customer walks in .,they are always happy to help. I rarely go to a doctor., but I can say I like coming here. They help me every time., specially Jenna. She been communicating everything to me ., it's a big plus specially when I work 65 hrs a week., You guys are awesome ??????? Not just the doctor but every one makes a good team
