Dr Sung Was very professional and compassionate in my appointment. He took the time to answer all of my questions in great detail he made excellent suggestions about my treatment However, he did not push me either way So I felt very comfortable with our treatment plan
I saw him in August for neck pain ,was referred to him by another physician,the office visit was stiff and not very helpful,he wanted me to get an MRI on my lower back,never heard from them again ,called a couple of times,no call back!
I’m writing to express my concern about my recent appointment with Dr. Sung. I felt that I was spoken to in a condescending and dismissive manner. Everyone deserves respectful and professional care, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve patient interactions in the future.
