Bad front office staff, they say foul language about other patients while another staff is still on the phone. Some people lack common sense, I don't see how they still have a job. From what I've heard how soon your soon is based on what insurance you have. Rude. Rude. Rude
Front office staff speaks so loudly all information is heard. Patient information is not secured it is visible from front window and when scheduling appointments. Staff speaks on personal things that can be heard when your waiting to be seen that kind of stuff should be not heard within a business environment.
Dr. Wu is very professional and made great recommendations on my complicated case. I went through the procedure easily and with flying colors. Highly recommend.
Dr. Wu was very compassionate and respectful. Took the time to talk to me about my results. Will definitely use him for any future procedures.
