Went to be pre-screened for a colonoscopy. Called for directions as the office was not properly sign- posted so hard to find. The girl who answered couldn’t give me directions. Then arrived to find the waiting room so busy that there were no seat available. Waited over an hour before I was called by an MA.. she was curt. The back was dreary and felt dirty. The Dr was not introduced.. there was complete chaos in the entire place.. but in several places there was a post that a cancellation fee was mandatory even if the patient... read more

There were 6 persons scheduled for the same appointment time. A staff member went over "information" with everyone, as a group... together... in the lobby like everyone were cattle. Hello... HIPPA, privacy, anyone??? The staff was so rude and curt when responding to those waiting to be seen. Very unprofessional office for a specialist.

I should have read the reviews. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy - completed all the paperwork, labs, and prep. I called to confirm my appointment the week before. I showed up at the surgery center only to find out that Dr. Wu canceled my appointment with no reason and without communicating that to me. I wasted two sick days and extra time writing sun plans for nothing. Rude personnel, careless, talking personal issues in front of patients, imprudent comments about symptoms, canceled procedure argumenting I called them to cancel, but I didn't! I found out this a day before procedure when I contacted hospital to confirm. When I called dr office, the lady in the front desk was sarcastic and ery rude

2 weeks prior to my appointment, called in to cancel after reading all the negative reviews. During the cancellation call, I was very skeptical that the appointment was actually cancelled so I called 2 days later to find out the appointment was still on the calendar and was never cancelled. Has anyone ever been changed for a cancelled appointment at this office?

If o coukd leave zero stars I e ould tbis Dr has incompetent people who work for him, they can't even schedule appts properly. I show up for hispura l visit for colonoscopy and I'm not even on hospital schedule. EPIC fail

Being existing patients with scheduled appointments reported for appointments. Was told that records of a large number of patients were lost, had to reschedule appt.Upon return were told that we had to get another referral from our primary because too much time had lapsed. Then had to wait 6 mo. for appts. Returned, due to mix-up with their new Medicare policy, which was not mentioned until day before appt., they canceled wife's appt, rescheduled 5 mo. later. Absolute worst run medical office!
