This is the worst doctor's office in New York . The receptionist is so rude and never answers the phone . I honestly don’t know how this place is even open for business. Sorry to say it’s time they close this establishment !!!!!!!!!
I’ve literally only seen this doctor once. The appointment was fine. But every time I call to schedule an appointment or get a refill no answers. For months I’ve called and it would go to voicemail. Sometimes I could leave a voicemail and sometimes the “mailbox was not setup”. Which is weird for a doctor’s office. It’s the same number but at times it would be the doctors voice saying to leave a message and at other times it would be an automated voice telling you to leave a message or press “2“ if it’s an emergency. The worst office everrr everytime i had an appointment they cancelled it and in a very rude tone.. They dont matter if u in pain not even for a refill..I Dont recommended this place at all.
