Dr. Katz is very professional and is good at what he does. I understand that he is a very busy Dr. But I waited in the exam room for over 45 minutes and no one even came to me to let me know he was running late. I thought that they or he may forgot about me. Staff needs to be more in turn to the patient!
I appreciated the signs that said Dr. Katz would take the time he needed with each patient and not worry about the time folks waited to see him. I found Dr. Katz to be very thorough and very understanding. He not only asked about bloodwork info that I should have been able to access for him, but called the office of another health professional to get the information needed for follow-up bloodwork related to Dr. Katz’s diagnosis of my optical nerve problem. I had seen Dr Goebel years ago (more than 5) which she reminded me of, she was as rude yesterday as she was then. Had I remember I would have gone elsewhere. Clearly I’m here for a reason and was made to feel as if I am an idiot which is not a good feeling. Especially at this age and stage .I have serious concerns with zero family history. She may be a great doctor although her approach and interaction could definitely be improved upon in my experience. Dr. Katz spends as much time as needed during an appointment. He listens deeply, asks questions and discusses options. His demeanor is kind and intelligent. I trust him implicitly and highly recommend him.
All office staff were very friendly and welcoming. Allowed for breaks between testing if needed. The doctor was kind and found a connection point before starting exam and testing. Office area was clean (including the bathroom) and easy to locate, doors were clearly label.

Dr. Martyn knows what he is doing when it comes to examining you regarding any ENT problems. He listens to your complaints and then gives you a complete examination. Upon completing his exam regarding your problem he will sit down and talk to you about how he can help you feel better. He is kind and sympathetic to your feelings about your health. I trulylike this doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone he has an ENT problem. When leaving his office you know that he will help you feel better.
