The office was very helpful when I had a frightening incident and worked to get me into see Dr. Katz. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure I understand my eye health.

Beyond the wonderful receptionist , the visit was disappointing. It was obvious that the doctor was extremely overbooked and the wait time was excessive. The assistant seemed burned out and while the doctor was pleasant, he was dismissive and didn't listen when I tried to explain why his assessment would create a separate problem. I left the office feeling confused, frustrated and hurt. I believe the time constraints put on the doctor ultimately led to my disappointing visit. The staff at ohio ent and allergy are caring and helpful. I forgot my insurance card, the lady at the front desk just asked that I email it when I got home. The nurse who administered my breathing tests was very patient and explained the tests several times (they were different than what i was used to, apparentlythe practice changed software). Dr. Steven Katz is refreshing. A ray of hope and sunshine. His thoroughness and explaining all issues at hand, and making sure that the underlining issues were addressed. And how his Excellency plays a part in my experience, because from the moment I walked in the receptionist at the front desk was warm courteous and polite, as well as the nurse that took me back. I have been a patient of Steven Katz for about eight years. He has a calming demeanor which is always reassuring and is very knowledgeable and informative, yet relatable.
