Dr. Freeman is an empathetic, caring, and knowledgeable doctor who took the time to explain the need for me to have a total knee replacement and why. Even though he has many patients, I never felt that he rushed any of the appointments that I have had with him. At 82 yrs. young and playing pickleball 4 times a week, I am sure Dr. Freeman will do "his magic" and get me back out on the court. Office staff is courteous and helpful.
Dr Freeman was fine. Caring and attentive. The office staff is awful. You have to call multiple times to get an appointment and when you do speak with someone they’re rude and act like you’re inconveniencing them.
They are a very nice office and staff. Dr. Freeman has a great bedside manner.
Unfortunately I am one of those who plays sports very competitively.... lucky me, Dr. freeman is here. I am a repeat patient! A few years back, I snapped my Achilles! 6 months later I was back playing soccer!! Yesterday had a rotator calf surgery! I am now Tupi f this message! Thank you Dr. freeman and staff! You are all (and the anthesticia Tran and Doctor) are incredible!
Do not like answering phone, They will let it ring forever. Office manager does NOT return calls. Dr. is only interested in you if you need surgery, otherwise they pass you off to someone else and don't even do that righ. Worse office staff Ihave encountered in 50 years.
Couldn't be happier with Dr. Freeman. Also had knee replacement surgery, and I am very grateful for the smooth, uncomplicated procedure and recovery!!! Getting ready to schedule surgery for my other knee!!!!
