Was very disappointed, Dr. Lagos treated my wife extremely rudely. He asked if my younger sister was “disabled” after she didn’t answer his first question, saying “it would be understandable if she was” Also overheard him say to another patient near me “I don’t care about your mouth, it’s your mouth not mine” in an argument with another patient. The final straw was that confirmed our insurance two times before the appointment- and they at the end said they didn’t accept it?? Other staff was nice and more understanding
My 12 year old was not responding due to social anxiety: He said i wont work with you if you dont talk. He asked if my child has a disability. He asked if my kid has a disability. No one on the phone said they took medical. They did not mention it on the phone when I asked. We waited 47 mins from our scheduled appt at 3pm to be seen.
