Dr. Dade is very professional and courteous, and has been instrumental in helping me with problems in my back.
He is very nice and makes getting injections easy. I am able to do daily activities better than before.
Dr. Dade is the most professional back and spine Specialist my husband and I see He knows exactly what the problems are and the proper treatment. Without him we would have have had back surgery We will not see anyone else and recommend Dr. Date to everyone.

DR Dade,has amazing skill of not only diagnoising what & where injury is. Then knows the treatment needed . Every visit I have been amazed that I felt better almost immediately. The office staff are all so friendly & professionaly courtious.. He's treated me for varios injuries as well as diagnoised another area that required surgery. I cannot express my appreciation of his wonderful skills in treating me. I would recommended him to anyone who has pain and needs to have treatment!

With this team, my care has been exceptional & Dr. Dade has been treating me throughout and consistently professional. The Fairfax Office team insures success.
