I could have never found a better back surgeon. Dr. Mortazavi LISTENED to where I was hurting and told me he could help me. He sent me to a pain management doctor and after multiple visits, he sent me back to Dr. Mortazavi to see if he wanted to do back surgery. I was 69 years old at that time and both Dr. Mortazavi and Curtis did everything possible to make me comfortable and safe. Within 4 hours I was walking and Curtis was checking on me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I would not recommend her. When I told her my issue she laughed and said I'm an orthopedic, you need to go to your regular doctor. I tried to explain I have herniated disc and thought the pain was coming from that. She again repeated I'm an orthopedic. She looked at me like I was an idiot. I am not, i am a nurse. I will never go back or refer someone. I left in tears.
Dr. Mortazavi performed an ACDF surgery on me. His medical and surgical skill are first class and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr M, his PA and the assisting nurses have been nothing but supportive, open eared and willing to help. Each and everyone made sure that my concerns were heard and an explanation was given. Dr M is literally the best doctor I’ve ever came across and I would recommend him within a heartbeat.
Absolutely the best Surgeon ever. Dr M feels like a family member that cares about your well being. Laminectomy last year, Fusion in another month or so. My surgeon is the best. Awesome staff!
Love, love, love Dr. Mortazavi & his staff!!!! They are the best in my opinion. Two back surgeries and regular pain meds. No problems. They feel like family!
