I went in for my first appointment with Dr. Banal this month. When he and his assistant came in he was on the phone and after being in the room for about 2 minutes on the phone talking about lunch plans. He failed to introduce himself and even verify he was in the right room except he did ask if my name was John. He then listened to my lungs.
