Dr. Rocky Fowler is an excellent and caring doctor. He is certainly one of the best, if not THE best, physician I've ever met. He is an outstanding man and human being. TOP NOTCH, can't recommend him higher. He is indeed a keeper!
Dangerous physician. Botched a referral, lied in my chart, and then harassed me by sending the police to my house every time I left a comment about them online. These were not threats, so it’s just to be abusive. Do not risk it, and trust this provider.
