I would not recommend this office to anyone as they employee staff like, Andrew McGinley, LPC. This man almost destroyed me. I changed to them because of an insurance change and he basically told me that everything my doctor (which he is not) had told me about my condition was inaccurate, he stated that I shouldn't be on medicine that I had been on for years. He made all these decision in a very short period of time and almost ruined me. I wouldn't use Dr Lowey's office
