I’ve been taking my daughter here for 6 yrs now, Dr. Talamantes is really nice but the nurse is always so rude.
I’ve been bringing my kids to Dr. Talamantes for 11 years, and we absolutely love him. He is an incredible doctor who has always provided great care. However, I’ve had ongoing issues with the nurse, Lorraine, and the front desk receptionist, Rosie. They have both been consistently rude and unhelpful, which has been disappointing given the otherwise positive experience with Dr. Talamantes. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in their customer service.
Dr.Talamantes and his staff are excellent! He was my childhood doctor when I was little,now he been caring for my son and my son enjoys seeing him! He does an wonderful job and addresses all your concerns and needs keep up the great work!! Years in of practice 5 stars!!
My son loved the doctor but his receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. It's very unfortunate because if it wasn't for her we would not be looking for a new doctor again. Hopefully he considers all the bad reviews on her that are affecting his business and does something about it. I never leave reviews but her unprofessionalism was so bad I had to do something about it.
