I was referred to Dr. Martinez after an emergency room visit for iron-deficient anemia. I was dismissed, told I was not anemic, and he insulted me and said, "I don't know why you're crying," and told me I was "whining" when I was trying to explain my symptoms that have been affecting my mental health and quality of life for months now. All the labs I gave him were dismissed, even though they showed clear signs of anemia & I tried to explain other issues that were contributing to the anemia, but he didn't care. The staff are incompetent. Oncologist there put a patient on high dose of morphine without checking MRI and CT scans to understand and acknowledge patient’s pain. Finding out Several months later that the patient’s pain was due to cancer growth into the bone, and this was misdiagnosed by not reading the scans that were done at that facility in Oneida. I would not take my loved ones to that facility if you cared about them At all.

The staff there is fantastic! I dropped off FMLA ppwrk to be completed. We were notified just minutes later that that ppwrk had to go to the PCP. I had to go there anyway today to drop off my own FMLA ppwrk. If Martinenz's staff had waited until later in the day, I would have had a lot more running to do today. Great staff! Thanks for being so prompt and attentive.
