Would give 0 stars if could. She didn’t make me feel like I should have even been at the appointment. Also the Doctor likes to write the entire time.
DO NOT VISIT THIS DOCTOR. I wish I would’ve read the reviews on this person before committing to visit them. They double booked my time slot then made me wait 30 minutes for my appt. Would leave 0 if I could. Read the other reviews, you don’t wanna come here.
Recently had the misfortune of having roberta as the supervisor on my gi team at UC. I will not defame the term doctor by connecting it to her name. She has NO bedside manner...tried every drug on my allergy list on me...sent me home w a ileus and with out the billiary drain bag i needed. I suffered for 2 full days with the severest nausea until i had to make the trip back to UC to have the drain replaced. She diagnosed me with Crohn's a few years ago. She basically told ME to pick a medication (not my job) but that they could all cause cancer. Excuse me? Rude and insensitive. I've never had a more horrible and traumatic experience with a doctor. This is life-changing stuff for people and she treats it like it's no big deal. I now have an AMAZING GI, Dr. Krienes, who fully explains everything to me and the actual risks--which were much less dramatic than she so bluntly stated.
