He did ear surgery on me and he was great. I’d recommend him. I’m gonna start seeing him as my ENT.
A physician's office is only as good as its support staff and starting with the front desk, Lou and the rest, are fantastic. What really differentiates Dr. Kopp is his active listening and attention not only to patient care but each individual's experience.
I don't want to go back. Not that I think Dr. Kopp is a bad doctor but my experiences have been negative. The numbing medication the nurse sprays in your nose is useless - it doesn't numb anything or she's spraying it incorrectly but Dr. Kopp using a probe afterwards is very uncomfortable. Happened 2x this year. On top of that, after both visits I ended up with cold like symptoms that lasted a few weeks - not sure if it's a coincidence or something to do with the procedure/follow-up that I was there for.
Awesome doctor, very personable and willing to listen to concern and answer questions. Would highly recommend.
