Awful! Do not go here!! His nurse is rude and dismissive! The worst care! She dose not want to help or care for patients at all. If anything requires slightly more work on her end, like calling and sending documents to insurance she won’t do. I had to call my insurance to find out from them that she didn’t send them proper documents and thats why i had not been approved for a medication. Awful! She will take days to call you back and then lie that she didn’t get your phone call. Never go to this office. Dr. Gilbert was ok. H... read more
Dr. Gilbert is rude, condescending and arrogant. Completely discounted other findings from other doctors and then said "I don't know what it is". Also chastised my entire family for not having got the covid vaccine yet like he was our father or something.
Dr. Gilbert solved my migraine problems which had gone on for years.
Completely dismissed my symptom. Even with changes to cervical spine health he denied an appointment to discuss the findings. He is rude and dismissive when it’s not a simple fix. I would not recommend him if you have a complex case or want a doctor that can treat you with respect and listen.
I have been going to see Dr Gilbert for years for migraines. He is very knowledgeable about current research, upcoming releases of new treatments and is able to convey it in an understandable manner. The staff in his office are somewhat curt, but are efficient. I have been able to achieve a significant reduction in both # & severity in migraines. Definitely recommend Dr Gilbert.
I have never in my life been spoken to so horribly by a doctor before - Dr. Gilbert. I usually see him for migraines, but have recently gone to him for issues with my back. Whenever I expressed to him that my symptoms have gotten worse, he angrily accused me of "changing my story" and spoke to me in the most patronizing way. I told him that if he spent more than 3 minutes with me (my experience every time) and took notes then maybe he would be able to recollect my symptoms from my previous visit. Unless you want a doctor who... read more
he’s very friendly, super fast, keeps up on all the latest meds, works with you easily for prescriptions, hands down best neuro in atlanta
I've been going to Dr. Gilbert for 15 years for migraines and he's the best doctor I've ever had, in any specialty. I see him every three months and he treats every visit as though it was the first time in terms of being attentive and informative. Excellent results from my treatment as well.
Hostile office environment, unfriendly, arrogant staff, doctor does not spend more time than is necessary to give injections, leaves no time for questions, does not explain side effects of drugs, most unpleasant experience doctor' visit can be.
