He did not sell himself to me. I know a lot about my condition and he got upset with me about that. He said "Well, since you know, why don't you just tell me what you want." He was very brief and not thorough about how he does the procedure. He did not give me confidence. I'm going for a second opinion elsewhere.

Dr. Bell was my gynecologist for many years, he was an excellent doctor but for the last 4 or 3 years, he started getting busier and busier, the waiting time was at least 1 hour to see him for 5 minutes. He started being very dismissive, and condescending when asked questions or concerns. He would spend 90% of the consultation talking about his last vacation and complaining about how many patients he still had to see. I stopped seeing him for this reason. At first, I was skeptical after reading previous reviews regarding Dr. Kerns, yet, I personally found out that many of those reviews were over exagerated. I was well impressed with Dr. Kerns' kind and explanatory professional manerism. I did not feel 'rushed' and he was willing to allow me to ask any of my questions. He even offered to talk with the pathologist regarding my initial diagnosis of which they both agreed to be an over-read. After a losing a large amount of weight, I have had multiple surgeries by multiple surgeons to tighten/remove loose skin. However, none of these surgeons compare to Dr. Renaker-Jansen. I can say without a doubt that Dr. Renaker-Jansen did the most outstanding job. Dr. Renaker-Jansen is extremely thorough, precise, and personable. My experience with her exceeded all of my expectations and I cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend her for any cosmetic procedure!!!
The worst ever. Don't waste your time. I requested treatment. She talked over me & insisted on reasons why I didn't need that specific treatment, even when I expressed it helped in the past. No feelings ,no human concern.
Dr. Renaker-Jansen was a very compassionate and competent surgeon in dealing with my breast implant removals!! I could not say enough about how she made me feel comfortable and safe in the surgery performed. I would HIGHLY recommend her!!
Terrible bedside manner. Should have gone into any profession that doesn't involve working with and helping people. Thompson and Kehoe are amazing. See her as last resort.
Was exceedingly dismissive and condescending to my young adult daughter. Told her her debilitating periods were because young women don’t have a good pain tolerance and that she needs to deal with them as she will have them for the next thirty years. He did prescribe something and hopefully it helps, but shame on him for being so dismissive of her experiences. She was in tears when we left. She will not ever see him again.
