I had my first dentist appointment in over 20 years today. I have a horrible fear of the dentist. I was treated with compassion and kindness from the moment I made the phone call. The visit was the same. The staff are so nice and the doctor was very compassionate and had a great bedside manner. Went in for a consult exam on a broken tooth. The staff was friendly and wonderful. There was no wait. The first thing I noticed which completely changed my opinion about receiving any care was how dirty everything was. There was dirt and dust in the spit basin and the floor and cabinets were messy and unorganized. It made me question how clean the instruments they put in my mouth were. Had my first visit today and was very pleased. Dr. Sweet was very polite and informative and his staff at the front desk as well as his assistant were so extremely nice, polite and super friendly. I would recommend Dr. Sweet to friends and family.
